Big Boss 18 participant Edin Rose’s outpouring of love for Shreyas Iyer comes at a time when the cricketer is in the good spotlight for taking Punjab Kings to the final after 11 years. Edin Rose while talking on FilmiGyaan explains why she has such a strong liking for Shreyas Iyer.
“He is tall, muscular, dark, has a beard and has represented the country. What’s there to not like about him.”
“I believe I’m the mother of his kids,” she declared without hesitation. “In my mind, I’m already married to him.”

Edin clarified in the interview that her statement related to Shreyas Iyer was misconstrued by paparazzi few days ago, that her admiration for Iyer is not a new information and that it has been in the public domain since her Big Boss Days.
“On the Spot” was Edin’s reply when asked if the Indian cricketer ever proposes her for marriage.
Edin knows that the news of her wanting to get married to Shreyas Iyer went viral. And while she blames the paparrazi for it, she admits of mentioning Shreyas Iyer as her “future” to the paparazzi.
Fans are curious whether the Indian cricketer has similar outlook towards Edin Rose. As of now, Iyer’s opinion on this open love confession is not known.
Willing to be a Traditional Woman After Marriage : Edin Rose
In aspects of gender equality, it has often become a hot topic whether the man or woman should adopt their cultural traditional roles or be willing to share responsibilities and help each other.
The Big Boss winner gave her perspective on it and believes that a man has to be the traditional provider while the woman bears takes the traditional role of being a housewife.
Edin agrees that her current lifestyle may not be as per the traditional woman but she will certainly change it after her marriage as her parents have already instructed her about it.
“After our marriage, I cannot be like this. I have to be a traditional woman. Even if I am working, I am going to cook and clean. I am going to obey my in laws……….Right now, I don’t put my gas on byt my mother has told me that after marriage you will have to do all of this.” Edin said to FilmiGyaan
Edin Rose originally hails from Dubai and moved to India in 2020 to pursue her acting career—likely marking her first relocation to Mumbai around that time.
