Bharti Airtel, the second largest operator by subscribers has introduced affordable packs for in-flight roaming. The packs start from Rs 195 and cater to both prepaid as well as postpaid users. It is important to know that subscribers who already have the international roaming packs of Rs 2997 for prepaid and Rs 3,999 for postpaid will automatically be eligible for the in-flight roaming offerings from Airtel without any extra cost.

The telco has tied up with Aeromobile to provide a seamless roaming experience to its users for 19 airlines across different international sectors.

The company has also provided WhatsUp number for instant solutions related to the in-flight roaming service. Customer can even self-manage through the Airtel Thanks App.

Airtel International Roaming Packs

The addition of the in-flight roaming packs complements the existing International roaming packs that Airtel offers in almost 180 countries. With a validity of 1 day, customers will have access to voice, data and SMSs during the in-flight roaming.

Customer Care right on the go

The company promises that their WhatsApp customer care number 99100-99100 will offer help apart from the 24*7 number. Customers who are used to Airtel Thanks App can also manage the pack, buy additional data and manage billings from the app itself.
