Views Western culture as inferior to India’s rich spiritual heritage.

Swami Premanand Maharaj’s critique of Western culture
Swamiji holds strong views on Western culture. He considers it to be inferior to the spiritual traditions of India. He even criticizes trends like divorce and live-in relationships, stating such concepts to be alien to the marital values of India.

As per him, India’s ancient culture promoted lasting family harmony and relationships, unlike the modern Western lifestyle and its transient nature. It may not be clear scientifically as to how the western culture is inferior and less meaningful than Indian culture simply on the basis of their meat consumption especially in times when India is suffereing from employment, inflation and corruption at every root level i.e. factors which are well controlled in many western countries. Swami ji, however is entitled to his own beliefs and opinions.
