It is not everyday that you get to hear news about Raja Chaudhary. The hot-headed personality has made many headlines in the past especially related to his first ex-wife, Shweta Tiwari.

The two were once married but later went through a very publicized and bitter divorce battle.

Shweta had alleged multiple times before that Raja physically used to assault her, while Raja has consistently denied the claims. In fact, he claims that there was a time when he was beaten up by people related to Shweta Tiwari’s family.

Despite the serious allegations against him, Raja has maintained his innocence and opinioned in a recent interview with Hindi Rush where he chose to trust Shweta rather than doubt her intentions.

Raja recalled an incident back in the day when Shweta Tiwari was shooting for Kausati Zindagi Kay. He says that at one time, he found his wife reaching late on set with a co-star from Kausati Zindagi Kay implying a possible romantic connection which he choose not to entertain at that time.

In a recent interview, Raja claimed that Abhinav Kohli is facing the same struggles like himself and accused his ex-wife Shweta Tiwari from preventing Abhinav Kohli to meet his son. The couple were blessed with a baby boy Reyansh Kohli on 27 November 2016.

He also alleged that Shweta used to consider Abhinav sort of like a brother but eventually married him.

“She used to call Abhinav Kohli ‘brother-brother’ earlier… like, ‘He’s my brother, my brother’s friend’… and later he became her lover, and then her husband.”

The actor opinions that he has come a long way from his drinking addiction and credits pickleball and sports for helping him overcome it.

Later in the interview ,Raja agrees that improvement has happened in judiciary that considers the side of the men related to seperation and divorce proceedings.

Raja also alleges that all the cases on him have closed up except one which he believes happened due to petty issue and that will be closed too very soon.

After parting ways, both Raja and Shweta moved on—Shweta married Abhinav Kohli in 2013, and Raja reportedly remarried in 2017 to woman named Shweta Sood. However, the second marriages of both of them ended in separation.
