Dr Tanaya Narendra born on 29th September 1993, famously known as Dr. Cuterus is an Indian medical doctor who has gained fame from social media for her frank talks on sex, male and women’s reproductive organs. She has appeared on many prominent news channels and podcasts. She has acquired a significant fan following as she speaks without hesitation on topics still considered taboo in Indian society.

It is important to note however that Dr. Cuterus is not a gynecologist which many people may mistaken if they watch her videos online. She is an MBBS doctor and an embryologist.

Early Life and Education

As per her admission in her book, Dr. Cuterus is a trained medical doctor, embryologist, and scientist and has acquired a master’s in fertility treatment from the University of Oxford.

She was born and brought up in Allahabad. She is 5th generation of her family residing in the city. She did her MBBS from 2011 to 2017 from Subharti Medical College, Meerut.

After her MBBS, she applied to the University of Oxford, where she eventually got selected for clinical embryology. After her master’s studies, she took exams to obtain a license for practicing in the UK. Her license came in January 2020. However, due to the lockdown in 2020, she wasn’t able to go to the UK for her medical practice.

Dr. Tanaya’s family consists of four people. Her parents, herself, and a brother. Her brother’s name is Abhinay Khoparzi. Her mother is a gynecologist. Dr. Cuterus’s father is also a doctor.
