Advocate Nilesh Ojha who is fighting for Disha Salian’s death case has revealed some sensational claims in a press conference conducted on 25th March 2025. Nilesh, who is also the founder and president of Indian Bar Association strongly opined that there is an undeniable connection between the death of Disha Salian and Aaditya Thackeray. The advocate during his press conference stated some shocking incidences of which Aaditya Thackeray had been a part of.
Advocate alleges link between Dark Web, Aaditya Thackeray and Al Jazeera Network
Some of the things that we are about to tell may shock you to the core but that’s exactly what the advocate revealed during a live Press conference on 25h March 2025. According to Nilesh Ojha, Aaditya Thackeray had a habit of witnessing violent crimes against children on Dark Web to satiate the high from drugs. They would pay lakhs of rupees in order to see crime being done live on the Internet, claimed the advocate in the Press conference.
The advocate, referring to him as “Baby Penguin,” claims that a former associate of Aaditya Thackeray revealed secret meetings worth crores with Al Jazeera for media management, allegedly aimed at inciting unrest in India for political mileage.
Nilesh Ojha also stated that Parambir singh, the Maharashtra Commissioner of Police at that time made all the cover ups along with Sachin Waze in order to prevent or divert investigation which otherwise would have pointed to Aaditya Thackerya’s involvement in the drug and murder case. The advocate claimed that the Maharashtra ACP at that time gave him a sting operation video exposing Parambir Singh and Sachin Waze’s plan to portray the murder as suicide.

There were too many revelations in this Press Conference given by Nilesh Ojha. He claimed that during an NCB raid (led by Sameer Wankhade) at a given site during the investigation, the mobile phones of both Aaditya and Rhea were seized and the forensic examination of both devices revealed 44 calls between Rhea and Aaditya Thackeray leading to the day when Sushant Singh Rajput died. Both Rhea and Aaditya had earlier denied knowing each other back in 2020 when Sushant Singh Rajput had died.
Days before, during a Youtube video with Qvive Network, the advocate also levelled strong allegations against the judges and DY Chandrachud for causing delay in the Disha Salian death case. He went on further to state that there are evidences of corruption done by former CJI DY Chandrachud and Uddhav Thackeray. Whether the lawyer was indicating the corruption to the case of Disha Salian Sushant Singh Rajput death case or not cannot be confirmed!
Nilesh Ojha stated during the Press Conference that the FIR has been registered and Aaditya Thackeray is named as one of the accused along with Parambir Singh.
A large section of audience have been waiting eagerly for the development in Disha Salian death case. There was a big dissappointment when the CBI very recently filed a closure report admitting that they did not find any foul play in Sushant Singh’s death. However, Disha Salian’s case lawyer Nilesh Ojha has stated that CBI closure report does not guarantee freedom of the accused Rhea Chakraborty in Sushant Singh’s death case.
Cause of Death Unclear
During the Press conference, a journalist questioned Nilesh Ojha about claims of allegations of sexual assault on Disha Salian, to which Ojha replied that the cause of death was certainly not from suicide as per photographic evidence which was handed over to him by eye witnesses. He also claimed to have support of eye-witnesses who vouched about the presence of a political leader at the home of Disha Salian on the night she died.
