Ashok Wankhede, affectionately known as “Bhau” is an Indian journalist, political analyst who has worked with multiple news media houses over a period of four decades. He currently runs his own Youtube channel by the name of “The NewsLauncher”.
Family
He was born in a lower-middle class family. His father was a primary teacher who used to get Rs 2500 salary Ref. at the time of his retirement. Talking about his father, Ashok said that his father had studied till 7th grade Ref. as he couldn’t get to study further which is why he instilled the desire of pursuing education in all his four children. Career
He started his career in journalism from Indore Ref.. Over a span of four years, he worked with prominent media houses. In 2022, he started his digital venture “The News Launcher” which gets nearly 5 crore viewership Ref. on monthly basis as per his own admission.
