A video has been circulating amongst the Indian Whatsapp numbers where an alleged politician is found doing intimate acts on the road which seems to be a national highway. The couples act was caught on the footage of a CCTV camera. And one can clearly see the number plate.

The above news may not have become a big headline, but if reports are to be believed than the man doing the act belongs to a political party.

A report by India Today, indicates that the politician name is Manoharlal Dhakad who is backed by the ruling party of India. However, the party’s district president has said that the man was not officially recognized as someone who belongs to the party in some or the other way.

He apparently was involved in some capacity with the National Minister of the Dhakad Mahasabha Youth Union, and has been removed by other members of the union, who believe that his removal was needed to protect the dignity of the group.

The politician belongs to Madhya Pradesh and he has also been identified as the owner of the car.

To make matters worse, the man is married and her wife Sohan Bai is also into politics. As per the footage, the incident happened on the night of 13th May. The man has become untraceable after the incident came into limelight.

Such acts are widely considered against social ethics in Indian context and cause debate on moral values. On top of that, the act appears extremely dangerous for the ongoing traffic which was clearly visible from the video.

A First Investigation Report has been filed against the man and also against the woman.

This is not the first time that a live ongoing act was discovered in India. Back in 2018, a foreign individual was found doing the same thing with an Indian woman. People called the cops and also recorded the video.

What is the law?

Under section of 296 of BNS (earlier called IPC), obscene acts can result three months of prison time along with heavy fine. However, it remains to be seen whether the accused face any criminal charges as law enforcement has not been same in India as seen from many legal cases.
