Ejaz Wasim Bakhri is a sports journalist from Kot Addu, Punjab Pakistan who runs a Youtube channel by the name of BBN Sports. As per his Insta, Ejaz had worked in BOL News Network as a sports head. He lives in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. His date of birth is 28th August but the year is not known yet.

He is well-known for frequently mocking the BCCI and the Indian cricket team whenever the opportunity arises. Most recently, he was constantly making videos taking aim at the Indian cricket journalist Vikrant Gupta for not acknowledging Pakistan’s successful hosting of the Champions Trophy.

It is not know from where he completed his education. He started his career in journalism in the year 2006 as a sports reporter Roznama Nawa e Waqt.

Ejaz has worked for more than a decade for numerous media houses like Daily Insaf Lahore, Weekly Family Magazine – Pakistan, Daily Aajkal, UrduPoint.com, 24 News HD, City42 before starting his own Youtube channel BBN Sports.

Controversial Claims Of Ejaz Wasim Bakhri

Ejaz has made plenty of claims in the recent past such as that Indian Cricket team have no other option other than to come to Pakistan. On many occasions, he claimed to have sources who would provide him details of back door meetings between the officials involving BCCI, PCB and other cricket boards.

Bakhri heavily criticized Pakistani cricket journalist SanaUllah Khan for hosting Vikrant Gupta. SanaUllah, who runs the Youtube Channel Paktv.tv had always enjoyed a great camaradrie with Vikrant Gupta. SanaUllah in return clarified on all such allegation which Ejaz Wasim Bakhri had levelled on him.

When India reached the semis of ICC T20 WC in 2024, Bakhri produced a click bait title indicating that ICC helped India as India was pre-allotted Guyana to play the semis should they reach that stage.

It has been observed in numerous videos that Ejaz Wasim Bakhri refrains from praising India and its cricket success objectively. Indian fans often troll Bakhri through their Youtube comments on his viral claims. But despite of all his subjective opinions and bashing of BCCI and Indian Cricket success regularly, he was one of the few Pakistani journalists who were given Visa for the 2023 ODI Cricket World in India.
